Cognologix is looking for an Associate Data Science Engineer to join their growing Data & AI Practice in Pune. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about AI, ML, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.

As part of this role, you will contribute to designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native AI applications. You will work on some of the most advanced and cutting-edge AI technologies, solving real-world problems for Cognologix’s global clients.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently and collaboratively on AI/ML projects.
• Collaborate with Product Management to define and implement AI/ML use cases.
• Build and enhance features in Computer Vision, NLP, Deep Learning, and Gen AI applications.
• Explore and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies in ML, DL, CV, and Generative AI.
• Create application demos and proofs-of-concept to showcase innovative solutions.

Requirements:

To apply for this role, you should have:

• 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end AI application development (analysis, design, testing, deployment, and monitoring).
• Strong foundations in Linear Algebra, Probability, and Statistics.
• Hands-on experience with Python and its data science libraries.
• Knowledge of deep learning models for computer vision and NLP/NLG frameworks.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with RAG frameworks, Agentic AI, Cloud services (AWS preferred), REST APIs, CI/CD, MLOps/LLMOps, and Data Visualization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
